Base on how to protect the safety of the personnel and equipment, to reduce the equipment removing time of the coal mning face and to improve the continued rate of the mining block is one of the key issues to build the modernized coal mine. Taking the removing if the Y120201 coal mining face in Yangchang Wan Mine as the project background, base on the feasibility analysis, the paper in detail introduced the successful application experiences of the flexible MineGrid to the gateway contruction to remove the large and heavy equipment from the high cutting coal mining face. With the comparison on the projects, the application of the support material would have more obvious safety and economice benefits than the previous steel mesh support technique. The successful application of the technique discovered a new access to create safety and rapid removing conditions for the high cutting large and heavy mining equipment and would have certain value for the promotion application
