The FS 300 longwall shearer is the result of combining the best materials available with cutting edge technical and technological solutions. This machine’s excellent efficiency, dependability, and simplicity of use define it.
The shearer’s design has been modified to function with a variety of longwall armoured conveyors that have a width of 750 to 900 mm and are outfitted with chainless haulage systems such as Megatrack ® (147 mm) or Eicotrack (125, 126 mm). Another option is to adjust the height without sacrificing much of the ground’s clearance beneath the shearer.
Because the shearer loader was built in accordance with the Industry 4.0 standard, it is equipped with features like comprehensive machine operation monitoring and advanced parameter diagnostics. The FS 300 can be offered in the with extra components that allow for remote or autonomous cycle operation.
The electric shearers KSW-880EU and KGE-710FM are also available from FAMUR. The FS 300 shearer can be effectively replaced by these older versions. We are able to supply the KGE-710FM and KSW-880EU shearers along with the necessary spare parts upon individual orders.
